December 10th, 2020
On December 10th, 2020 a social media post was made that described concerns related to patient care and the environment of our facility.
Immediately after our staff were made aware of the post, an internal investigation was launched. We also immediately reported the concerns to the State of Montana. We are committed to quality patient care and will follow State and Federal guidelines we receive related to this situation. We have taken steps to communicate with the residents and family members in an effort to seek ways to remedy their concerns.
We are deeply saddened by the concerns mentioned in the social media post and corresponding responses. Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation is committed to completing a thorough investigation and, if warranted, correcting processes and reeducating staff to ensure the issues are resolved.
We recognize how difficult pandemic-related measures can be on residents and their family. Our hearts go out to all those dealing with such challenges in these difficult times.
Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is grateful for the opportunity to serve our community as we battle the novel Coronavirus. If you or a loved one has concerns or would like to speak with us, please contact our compliance hotline at 1-888-869-7060.
