The Administrator in Training (AIT) program at EmpRes Healthcare is designed to prepare trainees for a career as an Administrator in an EmpRes center. During this full-time, paid program AITs receive practical training in a skilled environment under the direct supervision of an experienced Administrator. The program includes hands-on training within a facility, shadowing in the field to learn specific job functions, and independent study.
Applicants must be willing and able to transfer to any location in the 8 states in which EmpRes operates.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or be in the process of earning their bachelor’s degree (preferably with one year or less remaining of school).
Upon completion of the program, AITs are obligated to work for EmpRes for a minimum of 2 years.
