EmpRes Healthcare completes acquisition of Skilled Nursing Center, Memory Care and Assisted Living Center in Vancouver, Washington. 

Vancouver, WA. – July 1, 2015 – EmpRes Healthcare, a 100% employee-owned company, announced today that it has leased Fort Vancouver Convalescent Center, Caretique Memory Care and Park Lido Assisted Living from Omega Healthcare Investors, which simultaneously purchased these properties from the principals of the current operators. The Fort Vancouver healthcare campus has been owned and operated by Mel and Dorothy Jackson and their family from the beginning, with Fort Vancouver Convalescent Center having been operated by Vicki and Randy Scheel for many years. EmpRes Healthcare Announces Acquisition of Deseret Health and Rehab
EmpRes Healthcare completes lease of Skilled Nursing Center in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Vancouver, WA. – May 13, 2015 – EmpRes Healthcare, a 100% employee owned company, announced today that it has negotiated the lease of Deseret Health and Rehab (formerly known as Sage View Care Center) from Ventas Realty, LP, the facility’s landlord. The care center was previously operated by Deseret Healthcare and taken over by the State of Wyoming last week. EmpRes Healthcare Announces New Facilities in Washington and Idaho
EmpRes Healthcare leases Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Retirement Centers and completes purchase of Home Health Agencies in Washington, Idaho and Nevada.

Vancouver, WA. – September 2, 2014 – EmpRes Healthcare, a 100% employee owned company, announced today that it has leased five Skilled Nursing Centers and an Assisted Living/Retirement Center from Aviv Reit, Inc. which simultaneously purchased these properties from the principals of Evergreen Living Centers, Inc. The facilities are located in Bellingham, Snohomish, and Spokane, Washington as well as in Lewiston, Idaho. EmpRes Healthcare affiliated companies currently operate twelve Skilled Nursing and Post-acute Care centers in the State of Washington and one center in Idaho. EmpRes Healthcare acquires: No Place Like Home Senior Care

Vancouver, WA.July 1, 2013 – EmpRes Healthcare, a 100% employee owned company, announced today that an agreement has been closed involving the purchase of No Place Like Home Senior Care in Gardnerville, Nevada from its founder, Rick Ackerson. The EmpRes Healthcare affiliated companies currently operate three skilled nursing and post-acute care centers in the Carson Valley/Carson City area.
